Terms of Service
By accessing or using seedbox ("the Service"), operated at seedbox.delivery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Seedbox is a web-based tool that facilitates the purchase of curated or custom baskets of Solana-based tokens. The Service accepts SOL payments, executes token swaps via third-party protocols (Jupiter), and delivers the resulting tokens in a newly generated wallet provided as a 12-word seed phrase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws.
3. No Account Custody
Seedbox does not hold, manage, or have ongoing access to your funds or wallets. Delivery wallets are generated server-side; the seed phrase is presented to you and then deleted from our servers after 72 hours. Once delivered, you are solely responsible for securing your seed phrase and the assets within the wallet.
4. Fees
Seedbox retains 50% of each payment as a service fee. The remaining 50% is used to purchase basket tokens on your behalf. Fee percentages are displayed before you confirm any transaction. Fees are non-refundable.
5. Irreversibility
All transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Once you sign and submit a payment transaction, it cannot be undone. Seedbox cannot reverse, cancel, or refund on-chain transactions. Partial swap failures may result in incomplete baskets; in such cases, successfully swapped tokens are still delivered.
6. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Seedbox does not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful swaps, or specific token prices. Swap execution depends on third-party liquidity and blockchain conditions outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, seedbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, failed transactions, token price movements, or loss of seed phrases.
8. Third-Party Services
Seedbox integrates with third-party protocols including Jupiter (swap aggregation), Solana blockchain infrastructure, and wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Launder money or finance illegal activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or compromise the Service
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
