Token Risk
Cryptocurrency tokens are volatile, speculative, and can lose all of their value. The tokens delivered through seedbox may decrease in value, lose liquidity, or become worthless at any time. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.
No Guarantees
Seedbox does not guarantee:
- The future value of any token in any basket
- That swaps will execute at any particular price
- That all tokens in a basket will swap successfully
- The continued availability or liquidity of any token
- The accuracy of third-party data (prices, holder counts, verification status)
Slippage and Execution
Token swaps are executed on-chain through Jupiter's aggregator. Actual execution prices may differ from quoted prices due to slippage, low liquidity, or market movement between quote and execution. Seedbox uses a default slippage tolerance but cannot guarantee execution at any specific price.
Seed Phrase Security
Your seed phrase is the sole means of accessing your delivery wallet and its tokens. Seedbox generates it server-side and presents it to you once. It is stored for 72 hours and then permanently deleted.
If you lose your seed phrase before writing it down, or after the 72-hour window closes, your tokens are permanently inaccessible. Seedbox cannot recover lost seed phrases. Write it down immediately. Store it securely. Never share it with anyone.
Smart Contract and Protocol Risk
Seedbox interacts with the Solana blockchain, Jupiter protocol, and various token contracts. These are complex systems that may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or experience failures. Seedbox is not responsible for losses caused by smart contract exploits, blockchain congestion, or protocol failures.
Regulatory Risk
Cryptocurrency regulation varies by jurisdiction and is subject to change. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of seedbox is legal in your jurisdiction. Seedbox makes no representation regarding the legality of its Service in any particular jurisdiction.
No Endorsement
The inclusion of any token in a preset basket or in search results does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that token by seedbox. Preset baskets are curated for thematic grouping, not investment merit. Custom baskets are built entirely at your discretion.
